London Coliseum Private Tour and Dress Circle Nutcracker Performance

Enjoy the private tour, led by an experienced guide from the Coliseum, will end in the Royal Retiring Room above the auditorium for a drink’s reception followed by festive bowl foods and desserts with more drinks served during the interval.

The event begins with a private tour of the iconic London Coliseum. A drinks reception in the private Royal Retiring Room (* tbc) will follow, where you will be served a selection of beers, soft drinks, Prosecco and half a bottle of wine followed by a festive bowl food and desserts. This is an ideal opportunity for you to relax and socialise before taking your seats in the dress circle of this palatial auditorium, with your own designated programme, to enjoy Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker, performed by the English National Ballet.

Your Itinerary

5:30pm – Meet and greet and welcome registration.

5:45pm – Private tour of the London Coliseum

6:30pm – You will be escorted by your tour-guide to the Royal Retiring Room for your drink’s reception and bowl foods. Many opportunities to socialise and network. (Vegan)

7:00pm. – Take your seats! (Dress Circle for the Nutcracker performance)

7:30pm – The English National Opera performance, The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky.

Interval – Festive drinks.

9:30pm End of Performance.

The Nutcracker Story

On a sparkling Christmas Eve in a frost-dusted Edwardian London, Clara receives an enchanted toy soldier which is also a nutcracker as a gift from her uncle Drosselmeyer.

Together, they discover a magical world where she battles with the Mouse King and meets a handsome stranger.

As the air grows colder, Clara and her valiant Nutcracker take a warm air balloon ride across London to the glistening Land of Snow where a puppet theatre comes to life with dancers from around the world.
