Chef Patron Skye Gyngall, of Spring, Heckfield Place and formerly of Petersham Nurseries, has become of the Britain’s most respected and acclaimed chefs and she will be creating a seasonal and elegant bespoke menu.​

Park Plaza Hotel in Victoria

Our VIP day package offers 1 night’s accommodation at the Park Plaza Hotel, on your choice of dates. ​

Ideally located on the West End within walking distance of the Victoria London train station, the stylish Park Plaza Victoria London provides guests with a convenient transportation links, close to coach, bus and Underground stations.

The sauna and steam room are ideal for a peaceful retreat while the vibrant Italian restaurant TOZI specialises in Venetian cicchetti (small plates to share). The Park Plaza Hotel is just 10 mins in a cab to the Showground or one stop on the tube from Victoria to Sloane Square. ​

Additional nights are available should you wish to make a weekend of it.

0800 – Showground open to guests​​

0900 – Spring Garden opens Light breakfast served ​

1130 – Bar opens serving Champagne and handcrafted cocktails ​​

1200 – Lunch served ​​

1500 – Spring Garden closes and guests depart to further enjoy the Showground

Sage Evening Hospitality Friday 26th May 

‘A culinary herb with silvery evergreen leaves, and flowers fading from intense blue to magenta. Pick in the early evening when the aromatic oils are concentrated in the leaves.’​​

1530 – Showground open to guests​​

1630  – Spring Garden opens Champagne and afternoon tea served ​​

1700 –  Guests depart to enjoy the showground​​

18.30  – Guests return to Spring Garden, Champagne and tasting dishes served​

2000 –  Spring Garden closes Guests head over to Ranelagh Gardens with cocktail in-hand for ‘Chelsea Late’
